Night, weekend and holiday shift
Outside regular working hours, we support hospitals of all sizes with legally compliant and cost-efficient quality teleradiology in emergency care. We cover the full spectrum of acute diagnostics for CT, MRI, and X-ray examinations.
Daytime coverage
In justified cases and with the necessary authorization, we also provide daytime coverage. Our portfolio covers the full diagnostic spectrum of radiology, including subspecialized reporting in focus areas such as neuroradiology.
Integration into hospital operations
Our services go far beyond the mere reporting of radiological examinations. Our teleradiologists are personally available to you 24/7, 365 days a year. In addition, we offer your hospital staff regular case demonstrations and subject-specific training sessions via web conference.

Are you a privately run medical practice, for example in orthopedics, neurology, or internal medicine, with your own imaging (MRI, CT, and/or X-ray)? Our team of subspecialized radiologists will be glad to support you by providing reports of excellent quality for your patients.

Selection process
When selecting our staff, we rely exclusively on above-average competencies. Every potential candidate at Radiology Advanced undergoes a demanding multi-day assessment center, during which not only professional qualifications but also social and communication skills are evaluated.
Permanent team
We work exclusively with permanently employed radiologists who are managed as a team and are fully integrated into our company and processes. This close collaboration enables us to deliver our services with a high degree of standardization and well above-average quality.
Subspecialized reporting
Our subspecialized radiology teams in the four fields of neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, thoracic/abdominal imaging, and emergency radiology guarantee reporting at a university-level standard of excellence. We are also pleased to provide reports for highly complex specialized examinations such as prostate, cardiac, and breast imaging, among many others.

Approval process – teleradiology
We are your professional partner at every step! One of our core competencies is the comprehensive know-how to guide you through the process of obtaining teleradiology approval. Together with you, we establish the necessary prerequisites to meet all requirements of your supervisory authority in every detail.
Onboarding
Everything from a single source. The technical integration of a hospital or medical practice into our network is standardized, fast, and straightforward. In most cases, the entire process takes only a few hours and is carried out by our in-house IT department in cooperation with your facility’s IT team.
24/7/365 support
The needs and questions of our customers are our highest priority. That is why we are available around the clock for all matters concerning teleradiology and our collaboration. In addition, we strictly ensure the adherence to very short response times.
Technology
Digital workflow
We cover the entire teleradiology process in accordance with the Radiation Protection Act—from the examination request and the issuance of the justification for medical exposure to the access of the final report—through our innovative, web-based end-to-end solution. We are also happy to establish an interface to your RIS/HIS system to ensure a seamless workflow.
High-security data center
Radiology Advanced operates its own server infrastructure in a high-security data center in Berlin. The high-end hardware and software solutions used are fully certified and meet all security requirements of the stringent German data protection regulations and the Radiation Protection Act in every detail.
Reliability
Professionalism and dependability are essential, especially when it comes to the care of acute patients. Our entire hardware infrastructure and data connections are set up with multiple redundancies, enabling us to guarantee a system availability of 99.9%.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The high-end hardware and software solutions we use, as well as our processes, are fully certified and meet all security requirements of stringent German data protection regulations in every detail. Long-term archiving of transmitted imaging data is deliberately not performed. As a result, data sovereignty always remains 100% in the hands of our customers.
Radiation Protection Act (StrlSchG)
Hospitals that wish to perform teleradiological examinations require approval from the responsible supervisory authority. Terms such as expertise certification, regional principle, and emergency concept can be confusing. Stay assured: the implementation of teleradiology in strict compliance with the Radiation Protection Act and all legal requirements is one of our key strengths. We proactively support you in meeting all necessary prerequisites.

Ehssan is a visionary who turns ideas into reality through precision and meticulous attention to detail. As the founder and CEO of Radiology Advanced, his core focus is the creation, conceptualization, and practical implementation of innovative, high-quality service models in teleradiology. Ehssan studied medicine at Charité Berlin, where he also earned his doctorate. Alongside his specialist training as a radiologist, he completed an MBA at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, specializing in International Healthcare Management, with study periods in Germany, the USA, England, Dubai, India, and Singapore. In addition to his work at Radiology Advanced, Ehssan also serves as Medical Director of the CT-MRT Institute in Berlin.

As the Medical Director of Radiology Advanced, Martin is responsible for all medical and professional matters. He defines our standards for radiological reporting at the highest level, organizes the continuous education of the radiology team, and manages collaborations with research institutes. Martin studied medicine in Berlin, Paris, and Dublin, while simultaneously completing a degree in business administration at FernUniversität Hagen, graduating as a Diplom-Kaufmann (equivalent to a master’s degree in business administration). He earned his doctorate at Charité Berlin and, alongside his specialist training as a radiologist, qualified as a professor through extensive research on “Patient and Cost Management in Radiology.” In addition to his work at Radiology Advanced, Martin also serves as Head of the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the University Hospital of Oldenburg.
